CK45 42CrMo4 Chrome Plated Bar
Chrome steel rods of cylinders on the piston rod or other uses as rods for linear guide rails or pins on:
- CK45 – bars coated with a standard hard chromium
- 20MnC6 – standard chrome rods but with very good weldability
- 42CrMo4 – quenched and tempered chrome rods, made of good quality, hardened and tempered steel intended especially for difficult working conditions
Piston rods are available in diameters from 6 to 200 mm, also inch, are cut into sections according to the customer’s wishes, the maximum length is 6 m. We sell by mail order where the goods are secured with bubble wrap and, depending on the quantity and length, are sent on a pallet.
Bars hardened due to its high resistance to damage are recommended for applications in harsh environments
Hardness measured at the surface:
- CK45 – hardness HRC min. 54
- 42CrMo4 – HRC min. 54
The rods are available in diameters from 6 to 200mm Also inch, are cut into lengths according to customer, the maximum length of a 6m.
